    Frequently asked questions

I use a wide range of products to suit any budget. Please call me for more details.
All installations are backed up by a 1-year warranty plus the manufacturer's warranty on the equipment we supply.
I take the guesswork out for you and will recommend an aerial that is going to perform the best at your property.

That doesn't mean that I’m going to sell you the most expensive antenna that I can. I will look at a few things when factoring what antenna will suit your needs.

Distance from your broadcast tower makes a big impact on the type of antenna you need. The further you are away from the broadcast tower, you'll need a more powerful antenna set up that is capable of picking up that signal and maintaining it reliably.

Elevation and obstacles is another factor. If your property sits low or you have anything blocking signal from the broadcast tower (buildings, trees, hills, etc.) you will need a more capable antenna.

If you are close and have a clear signal path from your broadcast tower, then a more basic antenna will do the job. Once I am at your property I can get a better understanding of your situtation and can offer a solution that is going to get the best result at the most affordable price-point.
